These terms govern your use of brightcommunity.sbs and the interior styling services offered by Bright Community Interiors at 12 Churchill Way, CF10 2DZ Cardiff, United Kingdom.

Services

We provide interior styling advice, layout sketches, sourcing lists, and related documentation. We are not architects, structural engineers, or building contractors. Any structural work, electrical changes, or gas alterations require appropriately qualified professionals.

Bookings and payment

Consultations from £95 and packages from £700 are quoted in GBP on our rates page. Package bookings require a forty-percent deposit; the balance is due when final documents are delivered. Invoices are payable within fourteen days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation

Reschedule a home visit once at no charge with at least forty-eight hours' notice. Cancellations within forty-eight hours forfeit the deposit on packaged work. Single consultations may be refunded at fifty percent if cancelled the day before.

Intellectual property

Layout sketches and written notes remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which you may use them for personal implementation. You may not resell or publish our documents commercially without permission.

Liability

Advice is based on information visible during visits and supplied by you. We are not liable for supplier delays, incorrect self-measurements, or damage caused by third-party trades. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the commission in question.

Governing law
