Information we collect

When you email, call, or submit our contact form we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, and details about your home. During paid commissions we may also hold room measurements, photographs taken on site, and correspondence about preferences and budgets.

Legal bases

We process data on the basis of contract (when you book a service), legitimate interests (responding to general enquiries), and consent where you opt in to marketing emails — which we send rarely and only about studio news.

Retention

Enquiry emails are deleted after twenty-four months if no commission follows. Client project files are kept seven years for tax and warranty queries. You may request earlier deletion where no legal obligation requires retention.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share contact details with trusted local trades only when you ask us to introduce a painter or curtain maker, and only with your verbal or written approval.
