Plasnewydd terrace — ground floor refresh

A three-bedroom terrace near Albany Road had a front room blocked by an oversized corner sofa. We specified a 210-centimetre straight sofa, repositioned the TV to the side wall, and added a runner that cleared the hearth tile.

Package fee £980; client sourced furniture over eight weeks using our supplier list.

Cardiff Bay two-bed — open plan zoning

Harbour views competed with a cluttered dining zone. Marcus mapped a low bookshelf as a soft divider and moved dining to the window wall with a round table that seats five without crowding the kitchen island.

Consultation £220 plus textile appointment; total studio fee £1,050.

Cathays student let — family conversion

Landlord returning a double-fronted house to family use needed durable finishes and faster turnaround. Elin specified wipeable paint in hall and stair, bunk-free twin layout in the box room, and a let-ready package at £850.

Photography completed within three weeks of first visit.

Pontcanna Edwardian — whole-home styling

Ground and first floors including main suite and two children's rooms. Warm neutral palette tied original floorboards to new kitchen extension visible from the hall.

Whole-home package £3,200 over four months; final styling visit included.

Churchill Way corridor flat — compact living

City-centre one-bed for a young family awaiting a terrace purchase. Daybed guest solution, fold desk, and vertical storage freed floor space for play.

Single-room refresh £720; client reused pieces in their later Cathays move.
